What you'll do

• Provide resident care and assistance with bathing, hygiene, dressing, mobility, food intake, and other care-plan needs
• document activities of daily living in the electronic health record
• observe and report changes in condition
• take and document vital signs, intake and output, heights, and weights
• assist with transfers and positioning
• answer call bells
• maintain a safe, clean environment
• communicate with residents, families, visitors, peers, and supervisors
• escort residents to appointments and activities.
