The Production Team Lead – Day and Night Shift Openings role is onsite in Concord, NC, at $22.50–$23.50 per hour. DNP Imagingcomm America manufactures and develops dye-sublimation media for photo printers and thermal transfer ribbons and barcode printers at its Concord operations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate operators to meet production output, volume, and yield targets
• lead work assignments and fill operator or group leader roles as needed
• analyze problems and implement countermeasures
• prepare production reports
• train operators
• support quality control and process improvement
• coordinate material and work-in-process flow
• assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• monitor production and safety
• and complete shift reporting and documentation.
