What you'll do

• Receive and process patient health information requests in accordance with company and facility policies.
• Protect confidential information and apply medical privacy regulations to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
• Manage patient health records, prepare charts, assemble accurate and complete records, create digital images for electronic medical records, and retrieve and transmit records appropriately.
• The role also includes patient walk-ins, phone support, mail and fax processing, copying records to CD or flash drive, documenting information across platforms, and meeting site productivity expectations.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–1 PM Eastern.
