What you'll do

• Manage assigned customer accounts and support the customer order lifecycle. Respond to product, service, quotation, order-status, delivery, and account inquiries
• prepare quotations
• enter and maintain sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• and keep customer, pricing, product, delivery, and supporting information accurate. Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, manufacturing locations, Finance, and sales colleagues
• resolve routine customer and order issues
• monitor open quotations and orders
• and generate routine reports as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• an associate degree and relevant experience are preferred.
