What you'll do

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment
• develop sourcing strategies
• screen candidates and coordinate their progress through hiring
• partner with hiring leaders on offers
• manage candidate communications and experience
• use internal and external sourcing methods
• support job fairs, open hiring systems, social media, and external partnerships
• and track sourcing and selection metrics including time to fill, interview-to-hire conversion, and 90-day retention.
