What you'll do

• Develop and maintain project finance models
• coordinate scenario analyses and project risk evaluation across development, commercial, legal, and technical teams
• prepare investment committee materials, management reports, and financial analyses
• lead debt sizing and tax equity structuring
• prepare lender and investor marketing materials
• oversee financial close diligence, data rooms, advisor reports, and transaction tracking
• review project finance and tax equity documents.

Why this role
