The CNC Machine Operator role is onsite in Alexandria, MN, on second shift Monday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The anticipated pay range is $19.00–$31.22 per hour. The position supports production at Alexandria Industries. The operator loads and unloads parts, runs CNC and manual equipment, and checks finished components against customer specifications. Accurate production, quality inspections, and safe work practices help the machine shop meet customer orders and performance goals.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC machines safely
• follow manufacturing orders and blueprints
• inspect parts with precision measurement devices
• use measurement and hand tools
• adjust offsets and change tools or inserts
• assist with setup and teardown
• support deburring, tumbling, packing, assembly, punching, and bending
• perform basic machine maintenance
• troubleshoot errors and part variances
• and communicate with supervisors and other shifts.
