What you'll do

• Manage safe movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs
• oversee daily team activities and production goals
• coach, develop, and manage associate performance
• communicate expectations and performance measures
• monitor adherence to policies and standards
• review and approve identified vehicle defects
• partner with the General Manager on repair or rejection decisions
• train associates on quality-control standards
• complete repairs effectively and safely.
