Front Desk and Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Greet clients and assist with wellness services
• handle calls and voicemails
• book, schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• onboard clients by completing medical waivers and creating point-of-sale profiles
• conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships
• educate clients about services, benefits, precautions, and at-home care
• perform opening and closing procedures
• maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment
• represent the brand and support store culture.
