What you'll do

• Supervise HVAC and plumbing crews, subcontractors, and field personnel
• coordinate construction with project managers
• oversee jobsite logistics, safety, and quality
• plan work schedules and material deliveries
• maintain daily reports, look-ahead schedules, RFPs, and timesheets
• lead weekly safety meetings
• coordinate with vendors, clients, inspectors, and internal stakeholders
• inspect work and resolve conflicts
• manage company equipment and tools.
