What you'll do

• Manage onboarding, benefits administration, and personnel files
• coordinate recruitment, employee competencies, remediation, and disciplinary procedures with administration and department heads
• maintain and secure medical records
• review records for completeness and compliance
• maintain census records and monthly reports
• coordinate medical staff meetings and minutes
• credential providers and complete insurance enrollment and revalidation
• maintain risk management records and policies
• administer workers’ compensation reporting and OSHA logs
• assist the CEO and CFO with projects.
