What you'll do

• Prepare and deliver food according to residents’ nutritional needs
• follow approved menus and document substitutions
• create weekly shopping lists and inventory supplies
• store and label food safely
• monitor meal service and resident feedback
• meet modified diet requirements
• assist residents with eating as needed
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and records, including food temperatures.
