What you'll do

• Research, test, develop, document, train, implement, monitor, and evaluate dishes and food programs
• orient new chefs to culinary standards
• maintain culinary programs at the home account
• support new account openings and renovations
• provide culinary leadership and coach personnel
• complete required reports and reviews
• communicate with corporate and unit-level culinary and operations leaders.
