Receptionist — Evening

What you'll do

• Welcome and check in guests
• answer and direct telephone calls
• respond to call bells promptly
• assist staff in coordinating services for residents, families, and guests
• help resolve resident or staff concerns when asked
• oversee resident attendance at mealtimes
• maintain the reception area
• cover reception or other departments as needed
• sort and distribute mail
• engage with residents and report concerns to the Administrator
• perform light cleaning and filing.
