What you'll do

• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint demos
• coordinate with the Release Train Engineer
• consult with the Product Owner on team priorities
• coach and motivate the team
• remove impediments
• support self-organization
• maintain Rally status
• assess and improve Scrum maturity
• align priorities with program stakeholders
• foster a trusting team environment
• publish and communicate progress metrics.
