The Experienced Registered Nurse (RN), Flex Pool role is onsite in Flagstaff, AZ. Pay is $35.50 to $56.80 per hour. The NAH Flex Pool supports patient care teams across a variety of care areas. The nurse coordinates and delivers individualized, safe, patient-centered care while adapting to changing patient needs across units. The role also contributes to nursing excellence through evidence-based practice, collaboration, and mentoring colleagues and students.

What you'll do

• Assess patient needs and conditions
• develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care
• evaluate patient progress
• maintain infection prevention standards and aseptic technique
• collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• assist with procedures and hospital transportation as needed
• document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• participate in education and mentor colleagues and students.

Why this role

Requires an active, unrestricted Arizona RN license or valid participating compact license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS within 30 days of hire. RNs hired on or after July 1, 2016 must graduate from a BSN program within six years of hire into an RN position.
