Center Coordinator — Adult Day Program

The Center Coordinator — Adult Day Program works onsite in San Francisco, CA, on a full-time Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The stated pay range is $25–$28 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide administrative and operational support for program activities, meal services, personal-care scheduling, intake, and safety protocols
• assist with caregiver scheduling and daily workflow
• coordinate transportation routing
• maintain electronic records and enter EHR data
• generate requested operational reports
• support an inclusive environment
• serve as a point of contact for patients, families, and partners
• assist with basic translation or interpretation if bilingual
• follow safety and clearance protocols.
