What you'll do

• Represent lenders, borrowers, and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions
• draft and negotiate transaction documents and issues lists
• manage or support closings
• work on secured lending, acquisition financing, debt securities offerings, Article 9 of the UCC, and general corporate law matters as applicable.
