What you'll do

• Manage an active litigation docket independently
• draft and argue motions, including summary judgment and discovery motions
• conduct depositions
• attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed
• prepare clients, adjusters, witnesses, and experts for testimony
• evaluate claims and exposure and communicate case strategy.
