Maintenance Manager, Day Shift

The Maintenance Manager role is onsite at a food-grade manufacturing plant in Sheboygan County, WI. The base salary is $110,000–$120,000 per year, with eligibility for a 10% bonus. The manager reports to the Plant Manager and leads the plant maintenance department. The manager oversees building and equipment maintenance programs to support reliable plant operations, safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance. The role leads maintenance staff, establishes preventive maintenance and work-order processes, manages parts and budgets, and coordinates with other departments.
