What you'll do

• support the Director of Nursing with department planning and daily operations
• monitor quality of care and resident status
• assist with nursing care, medication and treatments, admissions or discharges as needed
• support compliance and correction plans
• participate in care planning, staff education, and safety and sanitation monitoring
• uphold resident rights.
