What you'll do

• Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients
• cook, plate, and assemble items such as spring rolls, bento boxes, wok dishes, or beef rolls according to station needs
• follow standardized recipes and portion controls
• monitor ingredient and finished-product quality
• follow food safety, temperature, and sanitation requirements
• keep workstations and equipment clean
• rotate stock and minimize waste
• safely operate kitchen equipment.
