Customer Vehicle Service Agent – Fort Worth Downtown

The Customer Vehicle Service Agent role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Pay is $19 per hour. The role supports SIXT’s rental fleet and customer experience at its Fort Worth Downtown operation. What you'll do

• Clean and polish vehicles and perform basic maintenance checks, including fluid levels and tire pressure.
• Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, manage service alerts, and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Organize the lot, tag vehicles for maintenance, and move cars to appropriate locations.
• Welcome customers, check vehicles for belongings, answer questions about returns, charges, or additional services, and shuttle cars between locations, dealerships, and car washes.
