What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to approved menus
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety
• order food and maintain inventory and supplies
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• follow CACFP and program nutrition guidelines
• monitor sanitation and storage
• complete required reports and documentation
• support a safe dining environment for children
• assist with staff training and kitchen operations as needed.
