What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers
• respond to internet leads, calls, texts, and online inquiries
• schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
• help customers identify vehicles
• maintain knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles, inventory, features, and programs
• document interactions in CRM and dealership systems
• assign leads according to dealership processes
• follow communication workflows
• route non-sales inquiries
• resolve concerns professionally
• collaborate with sales, service, and BDC teams.
