What you'll do

• Assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility
• administer and document medications when trained and authorized
• provide companionship and emotional support
• help individuals practice life skills and participate in community activities
• support goals in Individual Support Plans
• implement Positive Behavior Support strategies
• follow emergency and incident-reporting procedures
• document services and progress
• and communicate with families, guardians, and supervisors.
