Registered Nurse — Dialysis

What you'll do

• Collect and analyze patient health data
• develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• document interventions in the electronic medical record
• supervise LPN/LVNs and support personnel
• perform point-of-care testing and quality control
• support informed consent
• participate in performance improvement and QAPI activities
• provide dialysis education and home-patient support
• maintain staff competencies and required training
• provide direct care in response to on-call issues.
