What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and route them to the appropriate team
• educate customers about travel products
• build and confirm tour packages in the reservation system
• explain offers and upgrades
• review and complete retail booking notations, including tour or flight changes, rebooking components, information requests, and follow-up notes
• meet qualitative and quantitative performance goals.
