What you'll do

• Supervise residents and maintain a safe, structured home
• carry out routines, behavior plans, and life-skills activities
• assist with meals, hygiene, homework, recreation, and appointments
• transport residents to school and community activities
• document daily logs, incidents, behavior, and medication administration
• use de-escalation and emergency procedures
• protect confidentiality and resident rights
• attend meetings and required training.
