The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Rocky River, OH, with pay of $16–$18 per hour. Right at Home Cleveland West provides home care services intended to help seniors with everyday needs. The CNA provides hands-on support to clients through personal care and other listed care tasks. The role contributes to clients’ daily well-being while coordinating with the care team and receiving paid training and support.

What you'll do

• Assist with changing ostomy appliances and reinforcing non-sterile dressings
• assist clients with daily-living devices, prescribed range-of-motion exercises, special diets, and intake and output measurement
• assist with self-administered simple urine tests without interpreting results
• take vital signs
• apply external catheters and assist with arm or leg splints.

Why this role

Requires a high school degree or GED, six months of CNA experience, successful completion of a state-approved CNA course, and a competency evaluation meeting state licensing law for home health agencies. Current CPR certification is recommended. Paid travel time between clients and paid mileage are offered.
