What you'll do

• Review affordable housing resident files for eligibility and legal compliance
• review files within 24 hours of receipt
• follow personnel policies and procedures
• monitor LIHTC regulatory changes and implement modifications
• attend annual TDHCA trainings
• complete HCCP training and pass its exam within the first two years if not already certified
• participate in outside tax credit reviews
• travel for property visits, conferences, training, or other business activities.
