What you'll do

• Provide individual and group peer support
• transport clients between recovery housing, the treatment center, and community meetings
• help clients navigate recovery and connect with resources
• collaborate with the clinical team on individualized treatment plans
• monitor and report client progress concerns
• facilitate recovery activities
• maintain accurate confidential records.
