What you'll do

• manage case files from intake through discharge or dismissal
• coordinate calendars for hearings, deadlines, and creditor meetings
• gather financial documents from clients
• file through CM/ECF
• assist with motions, responses, and pleadings
• monitor compliance with bankruptcy rules
• liaise with trustees, creditors, and court personnel
• conduct basic legal and factual research.
