The role includes evaluation, individualized treatment planning, patient and family instruction, clinical documentation, and participation in resident screening.

What you'll do

• Provide speech therapy and referrals as appropriate
• evaluate residents and gather treatment-planning data
• develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals
• instruct patients, families, and staff in therapeutic procedures
• complete medically necessary documentation in NetHealth
• oversee FEES/MBS protocols with site programs
• participate in resident screening protocols.
