What you'll do
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, and repositioning
- support patient comfort and dignity
- observe and promptly report condition changes to the registered nurse
- document each visit accurately and on time
- offer a calm, respectful presence to patients and families.
