What you'll do

• Design, deliver, and improve learning and adoption programs
• translate technology, workflows, policies, and regulatory requirements into practical learning experiences
• work with Ambulatory Operations, Patient Access, Revenue Cycle Operations, Information Services, Finance, and other stakeholders
• develop and deliver instructor-led and digital learning content
• support learning management and knowledge management tools.
