What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, and hygiene
• support transfers, ambulation, and safe use of assistive devices
• measure and document vital signs and basic health observations as directed
• assist with care-related housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, meal preparation, and feeding when needed
• provide companionship and emotional support
• monitor and report changes in condition and safety concerns
• follow care plans, infection control, safety procedures, confidentiality, and documentation requirements.
