What you'll do

• Execute operational integration plans for acquired clinics

• coordinate workstreams with Clinical Operations, Facilities, HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT
• track progress and escalate risks
• support pre-close operational diligence
• standardize clinical workflows and support training
• coordinate facility transitions and readiness
• align staffing models
• manage vendor and supply-chain transitions
• establish and track operational performance metrics
• onboard teams
• report integration status and lessons learned.
