What you'll do

  • Provide technical leadership for planning, design, and delivery of complex bridge projects.
  • Serve as Engineer of Record.
  • Lead and oversee multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Identify staffing needs and engage in recruitment and mentoring.
  • Provide project oversight for scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Cultivate client relationships and support business development activities.

What we're looking for

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience
12+ years of experience delivering complex bridge or infrastructure projects.
