The Chemist is an onsite role based in Columbus, OH. This role exists to conduct laboratory experimentation, data compilation, and analysis under the guidance of senior scientists. The chemist contributes to the team's research objectives by executing organic synthesis and polymerization techniques to develop novel targeted molecular structures.

What you'll do

• Polymerizes monomers using living polymerization techniques
• purifies synthesis products
• characterizes compounds using NMR, mass spectrometry, and light scattering
• maintains detailed laboratory documentation
• assists with SOP development.
