What you'll do

• Lead talent selection, performance management, career development, and workforce planning
• monitor team workload, productivity, quality, and service levels
• oversee a defined portfolio of work and landlord relationships
• resolve escalated property-owner and process issues
• maintain accurate portfolio, ownership, financial, and system data
• partner on systems and process improvements
• identify operational risks and implement sustainable solutions
• contribute to documentation and training materials.
