What you'll do

• Support pre-construction planning and meetings
• assist with buy-out, estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, and logistics
• track procurement and long-lead materials
• coordinate project schedules
• maintain project logs, submittals, drawings, and other documents
• support schedule and budget oversight
• communicate with owners and consultants
• assist with permits
• provide technical information to supervisors
• inspect work for compliance
• support project closeout and O&M packages
• travel as required.
