• Own the Department of War portfolio strategy, growth plan, and execution
• serve as business development and account executive lead
• build on client and industry relationships

• serve as transition program manager for high-visibility programs
• oversee performance, schedule, budget, and delivery
• and mentor engagement leads, project managers, and supporting staff.
