What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• maintain clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen areas
• remove trash
• sweep and mop floors
• ensure clean supplies are available to culinary and Food & Beverage teams
• follow sanitation, food safety, and chemical-handling procedures.
