Land Use Attorney

The Land Use Attorney role is onsite in Newark, NJ. The anticipated salary range is $210,000–$230,000 per year. The attorney will join a New Jersey law firm’s statewide Land Use Practice Group within its Redevelopment Law Practice. The attorney represents developers, property owners, public utilities, and institutional clients on land use and redevelopment matters throughout New Jersey. The work includes pursuing and defending land use approvals, advising on redevelopment projects, conducting due diligence, and handling related litigation.

• Represent clients before municipal land use boards and government agencies
• handle site plan, subdivision, variance, rezoning, and general development plan applications
