Sales Training Specialist

The Sales Training Specialist role is onsite in Hopkins, MN, with pay of $65,000–$75,000 per year. What you'll do

• Assess training needs
• develop and deliver curriculum and live sessions
• coach communities facing occupancy challenges
• serve as the subject matter expert for Yardi CRM IQ and manage its Academy
• recruit, onboard, and coach Leasing Mentors
• develop accountability metrics and evaluate leasing outcomes
• maintain learning resources
• communicate training opportunities
• and support team members with proactive action plans. The position requires periodic travel for in-person training, company events, and community operations.
