What you'll do

• Process designated orders, including phone orders
• prepare customer quotes and verify web orders
• assist with returns and warranties
• answer and route calls
• respond to email and customer questions
• check parts availability using company databases
• recommend products and services based on customer needs
• and follow up to support customer satisfaction.
