What you'll do

• Print sales orders, packing lists, and UPS labels
• prepare shipments and shipping documents
• verify shipment information
• maintain dock-screen records for loaded and unloaded trailers
• assign invoice numbers
• prepare load sheets
• maintain files and enter data
• ship orders to customer specifications
• monitor outbound reports and emails
• prepare paperwork for misdirected material and international orders
• complete month-end invoicing.
