• Lead sales conversations and close work
• improve assigned locations’ average repair order, service conversion, car count, and customer experience
• stabilize underperforming or transitioning stores
• coach service advisors and technicians
• reinforce safety, cleanliness, compliance, and operating standards
• develop talent
• ensure inspections and recommendations are properly presented
• cover manager absences and support transitions, training, and onboarding
• track metrics and report feedback.
