What you'll do

• Process financial transactions accurately
• provide information about services and policies in person and by phone
• discuss member needs and recommend relevant products and services
• resolve requests and complaints or direct members to appropriate assistance
• open new accounts and service existing accounts
• process transfers, withdrawals, check requests, and mail transactions
• research account discrepancies
• update records and complete routine office tasks
• assist with payroll deduction and direct deposit forms.
